3. How we share information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share personal information only:

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and multi-factor authentication on our accounts. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including in Texas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Oregon and other U.S. states with privacy laws, you may have the right to know, access, correct, delete and get a copy of your personal information, to opt out of sale, targeted advertising and profiling (we do not do any of these), and not to be discriminated against for using your rights. To make a request, email info@vinitaco.com with the subject line "Privacy request." We will verify your identity, and we respond within 45 days. 9. Users in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom

Our website is meant for people in the United States, but if you are in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, Vinita, LLC is the controller of your personal information. We use it on these legal bases: to take steps you ask for before a contract or to perform a contract with you; our legitimate interests in running, securing and improving our business and website, which we balance against your rights; compliance with legal obligations; and your consent, where we ask for it, which you may withdraw at any time. We are based in the United States, and your information is processed and stored there. When we transfer personal information from the EEA or UK to the United States, we use appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and the UK addendum to them, or another lawful transfer method. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal information, and to receive it in a portable format. To use these rights, email info@vinitaco.com. You also have the right to complain to the data protection supervisory authority where you live or work, or where you believe a problem happened. In the UK, that is the Information Commissioner's Office.
