Vinita, LLC ("Vinita") is a Wyoming limited liability company that provides business consulting and advisory services, including government contracting support, feasibility studies, business plans, financial modeling, acquisition evaluation, fractional operations support and contract administration support.

Business consulting only. Vinita's services are business consulting services only. Vinita does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment or financial advice.

• Not a law firm. Vinita is not a law firm, and no one at Vinita acts as your attorney. Our work on regulations such as the FAR and DFARS, on contract terms, on certification eligibility and on compliance reflects business and contracting experience, not legal advice. No attorney-client relationship or privilege is created by working with us.
• Not a tax or accounting firm. Vinita is not a certified public accounting firm. We do not prepare tax returns or audit, review or compile financial statements, and nothing we provide is tax advice.
• Not an investment adviser or broker-dealer. Vinita is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer. Feasibility opinions, underwriting reviews, acquisition analyses and financial models are business analyses based on information and assumptions available at the time. They are not recommendations to buy, sell or invest in any security, property or business, and they are not offers of securities.
• Not a lender or financial adviser. Vinita does not lend money, arrange financing for a fee contingent on closing, or give personal financial advice.

Your decisions are yours. You remain responsible for your business decisions, for the accuracy of information you provide, and for every registration, certification, representation, proposal and filing you make.

No guarantee of results. Consulting engagements do not guarantee any contract award, certification, registration approval, financing, investment return or other outcome. Government agencies and other third parties make their own decisions.

Projections are estimates. Financial models, projections and feasibility figures are estimates that depend on assumptions. Actual results will differ, and the differences may be material.

Government affiliation. Vinita is a private company. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the U.S. Small Business Administration, the Department of Defense or any other government agency. References to our principal's prior government service describe experience only. Government registrations such as SAM.gov are free to complete directly with the government; our fees are for our consulting services.
